A bronze bust sculpture of the late Charlie Munger sparked conversation among guests at the Omaha Marriott during the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting. Munger, a prominent figure in the investment world, passed away in November 2022. The sculpture, placed in the hotel lobby, caught the attention of Berkshire shareholders and Munger’s daughter Wendy and executive assistant Doerthe Obert. The artist, Yu Shu, had visited Munger’s home to gather details for the sculpture. The full-sized bronze bust is available for purchase, and Yu is currently working on sculptures of Warren Buffett.
